Gino Luayon, Head of School
Sir Gino is a passionate educator, a lifelong learner, and a seasoned teacher-trainer. He served as high school principal of PAREF Southridge School (Day School and Afternoon School) for five years, and as the school’s faculty training officer for four years. After working with the PAREF community for over two decades, he then moved to Everest International Academy where he served as Upper School Section Dean, Vice Principal and then Head of High School.
Since 2010, Gino has been training teachers in the implementation of the English K to 12 Curriculum through the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC). He is also a First Eduspec lecturer on implementing the STEAM Robotics curriculum and provides trainings and workshops on instructional leadership and effective assessment in collaboration with reputable publishing companies and various Higher Education Institutions. He is also the founder of Teacher Education Network Philippines, (TENph) a group of teachers helping teachers.

Ginalyn Delizo, Primary School Head, PYP Coordinator
Miss Gina has a Master’s Degree in Education (Major in Measurements and Evaluation) from Miriam College, and a Master of Arts degree in Technological Education (Major in Mathematics) from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education (Major in Mathematics) from Saint Louis University and has taught for five years in non-IB schools.
Miss Gina is currently on her fifteenth year of teaching IB Classes. She has previously served as Math Specialist and Coordinator for the Primary (Sekolah Global Indo-Asia and Domsuchola), OIC-PYP Coordinator (Domuschola), Upper Primary Level Coordinator (Domuschola). As faculty member, she has participated in the 2008 IB PYP Authorization of Sekolah Global Indo-Asia and in the 2015 IB PYP Evaluation of Domuschola International School.
Miss Gina also holds several IB Certificates from IB sponsored workshops.
Estriel Bernardo, Lower Primary Years Coordinator
Ms. EA has been serving the DIS Community as Lower Primary Level Coordinator since 2020. She has over 6 years of experience teaching the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and previously worked as a preschool teacher. She also served as Team Leader in Written Curriculum for the IB Evaluation Self-Study in Domuschola (2020).
Ms. EA obtained her Bachelor of Early Childhood Education degree from the University of the East-Manila. She completed certificate trainings in International Baccalaureate (IB) Assessment in the PYP Workshop (Category 2), International Baccalaureate (IB) Making The PYP Happen, Implementing Agency (Category 1), International Baccalaureate (IB) Making The PYP Happen (Category 1), and International Baccalaureate (IB) Building For The Future (Category 3). She has likewise attended workshops on different approaches to teaching and learning.
Nasherine Joson, Primary and Secondary Special Education Needs (SEN) Coordinator
Miss Nash obtained her degree in Bachelor of Elementary Education Major in Special Education (BEEd-SPED) from the University of Santo Tomas. She holds a certificate in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Making The PYP Happen – Implementing Agency – Category 1 workshop, and is currently a SEN teacher in the IB Primary Years Programme of Domuschola International School.
As the school’s Primary and Secondary Special Education Needs (SEN) Coordinator, she actively participates in the design and implementation of the school’s transdisciplinary curriculum and makes sure that it responds to and engages our SEN learners. Miss Nash is also a member of Special Education Network In Asia (SENIA) and Best Buddies Philippines
Secondary Academic Team
Mary Grace Rosas-Arca, Secondary School Head, Cambridge Coordinator
Miss Grace is a certified teacher of Language A, a language and literature course in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) that introduces the critical study and interpretation of written and spoken texts from a wide range of literary forms and non-literary text-types. She holds a certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and currently serves as the subject leader for English and Extended Essay in Domuschola. Miss Grace obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Santo Tomas.
She has previously worked as a college instructor, head teacher, and research writer. She is also a trained educator for the Alternative Learning System (ALS) Management under the Department of Education in the Philippines.
Justina Asuncion, IBDP Coordinator
As the IB-DP Coordinator of Domuschola, Ms. Justin makes sure that schemes of work and tests are in accordance with the school and IB standards. Her core responsibility is to plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning and respond to the needs of the students. Anyone under the IB Diploma Programme is encouraged to consult with Ms. Justin regarding their progress or to course feedback/inquiries.
Ms. Justin has a Master of Science in mathematics Education from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM). She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Cavite State University (CvSU). She has a Certificate in Professional education and is currently the Mathematics Subject Leader in Domuschola International School.
